AAC worked in partnership with Citizens Energy Group from the onset of Citizens’ decision to replace their SCT Banner Customer Information System. We have guided the process through the strategic assessment of their business needs; a robust RFP development and evaluation process; and an objective analysis of vendor offerings. Citizens was able to make an unbiased selection based on the best option to meet their long-term objectives. AAC developed and negotiated the client-focused NavigateOne™ Statement of Work that will guide the implementation phases of the project.
