Washington Gas Light is an investor-owned gas utility that provides natural gas service to more than 1.1 million customers in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. WGL was replacing their aging customer information system and selected AAC to assist with negotiations with the systems integrator and to provide Project Implementation Leadership services. AAC led the development and negotiations of the NavigateOne™ Statement of Work. In support of WGL’s project team, AAC provided PMO and other Project Leadership services. WGL is live and in production with SAP. They were awarded the SAP4Utilities Excellence in Customer award in 2017.

DC Water provides more than 640,000 residents, 17.8 million annual visitors, and 700,000 people who are employed in the District of Columbia with water and sewer/wastewater treatment in the Washington, D.C. DC Water and Sewer Authority (DC Water) is one of the preeminent water companies in the country and world. They distribute drinking water and collect and treat wastewater for more than 681,000 residents (140,000 meters) and 17.8 million annual visitors in the District of Columbia. DC Water was utilizing a nearly twenty-year-old CIS and recognized it needed to be replaced. DC water engaged AAC to assist with an assessment of their needs and lead them through the procurement of a new CIS. DC Water was interested in a cloud solution. Through the NavigateOne™ process, DC Water evaluated a number of CIS solutions and system integrators and selected VertexOne. Using our proprietary NavigateOne™ Statement of Work framework, AAC assisted DC Water in the negotiation of the final SOW that was the foundation for the implementation project which included the implementation strategy, phase gates, and clearly defined deliverables. In support of DC Water’s project team, AAC provided PMO and other Project Leadership services. DC Water is live and in production with VertexOne. CS Week recognized DC Water as the Level I Best CIS Implementation during CS Week’s 2019 Expanding Excellence Awards ceremony on April 11, 2019. area.

South Jersey Gas (SJG) is an Investor-owned gas company that serves more than 391,000 families and businesses in 117 southern NJ communities. SJG selected AAC to provide CIS assessment services and to assist with the selection of a new CIS and systems integrator. Utilizing AAC’s NavigateOne™ methodology, AAC led SJG through a comprehensive selection process that culminated with the development and negotiation of the NavigateOne™ Statement of Work. SJG selected Oracle as its software solution. In support of SJG’s project team, AAC provided PMO and other Project Leadership services. During the CIS project, SJG contracted with AAC to take over Project Management of an on-going project implementing Maximo Work Management. SJG is live and in production with Oracle CC&B.

Golden State Water Company (GSW) is a regulated utility in California that provides water services to more than 250,000 customers and also distributes electricity to more than 23,000 customers in the Big Bear recreational area of California. GSW was operating an aging CIS and looked to AAC to help assess their needs and lead them through a procurement. Utilizing AAC’s NavigateOne™ methodology, GSW selected Oracle. GSW looked to AAC to provide PMO/Project Management and other Project Leadership services. GSW is live and in production with Oracle CC&B.
City of Roseville/Roseville Electric

The City of Roseville, California and Roseville electric provide electric services to approximately 56,000 customers and water/wastewater services to approximately 45,000 customers. The City was on an older CIS and was looking to improve customer services while addressing IT and legislative mandates. The City hired AAC to lead them through a CIS assessment and to procure a new solution. Using AAC’s NavigateOne™ methodology, the City of Roseville evaluated a number of solutions and selected Cayenta Utilities. AAC led the negotiations and the development of the NavigateOne™ Statement of Work. Through a separate procurement, the City of Roseville selected AAC to provide Project Implementation Leadership services to manage the project and provide other Project Leadership roles for the Roseville project team. The City of Roseville and Roseville Electric are live and in production with Cayenta Utilities.

Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA) is the government-owned corporation of Puerto Rico responsible for electricity generation, power distribution, and power transmission on the island. They are the largest American Public Power Association member providing electric services to approximately 1.5 million customers. PREPA selected AAC to assist with the selection of a new Customer Information System. Leveraging the NavigateOne™ methodology and tools, PREPA selected Oracle CC&B. PREPA recognized that they needed assistance in managing the project and the system integrator and contracted with AAC to provide PMO/Project Management and other Project Leadership services to support the PREPA project team. PREPA is live and in production with Oracle CC&B.

Citizens Energy Group (CEG) is a broad-based utility service company providing natural gas, thermal energy, water, and wastewater services to about 800,000 people and thousands of businesses in the Indianapolis area. CEG was introduced to AAC’s NavigateOne™ methodology and engaged AAC to assess their needs for a new Customer Information System. At the completion of the Assessment, CEG made the decision to replace their current CIS and AAC led them through a NavigateOne™ procurement. CEG selected Oracle and AAC led the negotiations and the development of the NavigateOne™ Statement of Work. AAC is providing Project Management Leadership, overseeing the project for the CEG project team.
Anaheim Public Utilities

Anaheim Public Utilities (APU) provides electricity to Anaheim’s 358,000 residents and more than 20,000 businesses, including multi-million dollar tourism, sports, and manufacturing customers. APU also provides water services to its residents. APU selected AAC to assist in the assessment of their CIS needs and the selection of a new system. Through a separate procurement cycle, APU selected AAC to provide Project Management and other Project Leadership roles to assist the APU project team in managing the software vendor and supporting the project team with the implementation. APU selected Systems and Software and is live and in production.

Gainesville Regional Utilities (GRU) is a multi-service utility owned by the City of Gainesville, Florida. GRU’s combined services make them the most comprehensive utility service provider in the state serving approximately 93,000 retail and wholesale customers with Electric, Natural gas, Water, Wastewater, and Telecommunications services. GRU selected AAC to assist in the selection of a new Financial Management and Customer Information System. GRU selected SAP. AAC led the statement of work negotiations and provided Project Implementation Leadership Services.

The City of Oceanside California provides water and wastewater services to approximately 41,000 customers. The City was operating an aging CIS platform and needed assistance in assessing their needs and selecting the best CIS to meet internal operation needs as well as external customer demands. AAC provided assessment and selection services, and Oceanside selected Advanced Utility Systems. The City of Oceanside utilized AAC to manage the project and provide other Project Implementation Leadership roles. The City of Oceanside is live and in production with Advanced Utility Systems.
