NavigateOne™ Tools
AAC utilizes a number of proprietary NavigateOne™ Selection and Implementation tools and accelerators to lead the selection/procurement and implementation management of mission-critical systems. We also use Microsoft Project as the foundation for project planning and scheduling. At the heart of AAC’s NavigateOne™ Methodology is our proprietary iCue Enterprise Project Management software suite (iCue EPM). Specifically developed to support utilities CIS and other mission critical projects, iCue EPM integrates all key areas of project management tools and communications.
iCue for Assessment and Selection
AAC developed iCue EPM to manage large scale mission-critical implementation projects. Witnessing our client’s success with iCue during the implementation phase, AAC developed a subset of iCue EMP’s functionality, and tailored “iCue for Selection” as a NavigateOne™ tool to manage assessment and selection projects.
Benefits of iCue for Selection include:
- Centralized Project Management Information System
- Higher project success through visibility
- Increased efficiency and effectiveness
- Functional Requirements Traceability
- Pre-built Management Reports/Dashboards
- Standardized NavigateOne™ methodology and documentation provides for a highly defendable process
iCue for Implementation
Our NavigateOne™ tools are designed to strengthen utility/vendor collaboration so that knowledge transfer and utility ownership are attained throughout the project. AAC’s goal is for our clients to be able to own their system and not be reliant upon the software vendor or system integrator. To achieve this goal, AAC provides clients with tools and techniques for managing the project, and provides training to ensure clients are equipped for the ongoing administration of their systems long after go-live has occurred. This includes:
- Multiple Work Channels
- Schedule Management
- Project Documents & Resources
- My Work
- Dashboards
- Version Control/Audit Capabilities
